This workshop is a day’s deep-dive into the true nature of creativity, and how you can overcome the main barriers to creative working in your job as an analyst. This course will give you robust processes to support you when you’re required to have innovative ideas ‘on demand’, and you will have the chance to practice applying these tools and techniques that should be as much part of the OR practitioner’s tool kit as simulation and optimisation.
