Zoom - This course can only be accessed via the desktop version of Zoom, so if necessary please submit a request with your IT team to download Zoom in advance. Alternatively, use a personal computer to attend this course.

2023 Audience
The course will benefit those who are working in environments that require multiple views to be taken into account when examining a situation. We will support analysts with or without problem structuring skills to understand the fundamentals of running successful meetings/workshops. We will highlight the challenges of online meetings or workshops and provide ways to overcome these with various techniques. We will also provide training on how to use Padlets (online software that can be used instead of flipcharts or boards in face-to-face meetings).
This course will help anyone at any level to engage groups, explore problems and decide on action to be taken within their work, however team leaders and consultants would benefit most.
