- Explore the tools of systems thinking to better equip yourself to tackle problems or explore ideas within your organisation.
- We all face problems, we all operate within systems, so understanding systems, how life revolves around systems and our perceptions of them,is vital to creating change.

- Practice developing model diagrams on paper and on a computer using Vensim PLE.
- Use diagrams to identify root causes.
- Use diagrams to design interventions and to explore consequences.
- Explore your own problem or idea with this approach.

Audience
No prior experience is assumed. Delegates may be in interested in building their own creativity and/or engaging others in problem solving/change. They may already use systems tools themselves but want to learn how to use them as a facilitation tool to drive change.
